Our refund policy

1. In accordance with the applicable EU laws all refund requests will be considered on application to accounts@studentdiscounts.co.uk

2. You may cancel any agreement within 7 days of submitting payment and be entitled to a full refund minus any direct costs incurred by ourselves.

3. All refund requests should be directed to accounts@studentdiscounts.co.uk rather than through your card issuer.
